A was alleged to have made various clinical and recording errors in two different settings, and also dishonesty, dating back to 2020 and 2021. Of 13 allegations, following detailed technical cross examination in relation to the patients’ medical history and the employers’ record keeping, Khaled persuaded the panel that there was no case to answer on five charges. After extensive evidence in chief, Khaled successfully argued that a further three charges could not be found proven. The panel accepted Khaled’s submissions that the remaining two charges did not amount to misconduct and the case was concluded without further action.
